Gender gap: Women may help tip the balance in Harris’s favour
Women voters across US states may help tip the balance in Democrat presidential candidate Kamala Harris’s favour, FRANCE 24’s Douglas Herbert said in an analysis, citing a poll showing Harris’s lead among female voters compared to Republican candidate Donald Trump. The gap can be partly explained by Trump’s ambivalent stance on abortion which many women interpret as anti-choice, Herbert said.
