Germany: The rebirth of bunkers
German mayors are urging the federal government to release cash to restore air-raid shelters used during the Second World War. Around 600 of the 2,000 bunkers built over the past 80 years still exist, but they've been neglected for years. The German government is currently working on a new civil protection programme. But some people are now turning to private bunker builders to protect themselves in case of war.
