IS group prisoners are 'big issue' for Syrian government and Kurdish SDF

A day after the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) agreed to quit large parts of Syria under a ceasefire, the Syrian army said "a number of" Islamic State (IS) group prisoners, who had been under SDF control, had escaped. The SDF said it ​lost control of a prison following an attack by government fighters. FRANCE 24's Wassim Nasr notes that IS group prisoners are an important issue in Syria today.
