Orlando Pirates have restated the titles of trophy kings from last season. The Sea Robbers defeated Stellenbosch FC to win another MTN8 title.
Orlando Pirates did it once more. Jose Riveiro‘s Buccaneers have won another trophy after beating Stellenbosch FC in the MTN8 final.

Taking place at the Moses Mabhida Stadium last Saturday, Stellies took the lead with a Lehlohonolo Mojela bicycle kick after 12 minutes. The Soweto giants later responded with a Monnapule Saleng equaliser in the 43rd minute.
More drama was coming in the final minutes of added time.
Tsegofatso Mabasa took the lead during injury time on 93 minutes before Relebohile Mofokeng delivered the third during the 96th minute.
