Russia to present peace 'memorandum' in new round of talks with Ukraine
Russia said on Wednesday it had prepared a draft of a peace "memorandum" detailing the Kremlin's terms for ending the war in Ukraine, which it will present to Kyiv at a new round of direct talks in Istanbul on June 2.
