Simple curried meatballs: A special food combination for dinner

When the weekend arrives, you want to feed your family and friends some great food. As with many types of home cooking, it’s a lot of fun to combine different styles of cooking to create something new. Meatballs are a great way to enjoy some beefy goodness and it’s all down to the sauce to bring the flavour home. Our simple curried meatballs are a great addition to your home cookbook.

Tips for your simple curried meatballs

Assembling this great dish is as simple as the name says but there are some things you can do to make it even better for yourself. Browning the meatballs also adds some caramelized bits of meat which add to the flavour and you can scrape it free when you add the sauce ingredients. If you want some more spice, add a few chili flakes and if it’s too spicy, some yoghurt or cream will tone it right down again and help thicken the sauce.
