A day after Donald Trump told Congress that his administration had started reclaiming the Panama Canal, Panamanian President Jose Raul Mulino on Wednesday said the US president is "lying". A senior official of a Hong Kong-based company that sold major stakes in its Panama ports to a US consortium this week said it was a purely commercial transaction.
