Two US troops and an American civilian killed in Syria, Trump vows to 'retaliate'
Two US soldiers and an American civilian were killed in central Syria on Saturday after an alleged Islamic State gunman opened fire on a joint US-Syrian patrol in Palmyra, US Central Command said. Three other troops were wounded before the attacker was killed by partner forces. US President Donald Trump said that “there will be very serious retaliation”
