Updated Springbok fixture list for 2026 Test season

With the addition of their Test against the Wallabies, the Springboks’ fixture list for 2026 has now been bumped up to 11 matches.

Updated Springbok fixture list for 2026 Test season

The Springboks’ looming Test season just took an interesting twist following the confirmation of a clash against the Wallabies away.

South Africa had been scheduled for 10 Tests against England, Scotland, Wales, New Zealand (four), Italy, France and Ireland. Though only 10 fixtures, which is relatively low for a Test season in this day and age, it’s a demanding schedule based on the quality of opposition.

And that schedule just got even tougher with the addition of the game against the Wallabies in Perth in September. Notably, the venue for this newly announced fixture is what sticks out. Perth is where the Springboks will play their third and final pool game against Romania at next year’s World Cup.

Be that as it may, here’s the fully updated list of Springbok fixtures for the current calendar year.
