US-Iran talks are in doubt as ceasefire nears an end
US officials have announced that Vice President JD Vance's trip to Pakistan for peace talks with Iran is on hold, as a two-week truce was set to expire and both countries warned that, without a deal, they were prepared to resume fighting.
