All the kick off times for SA teams as the URC resumes

The SA teams have been in great form in the URC in recent times, and so there should be plenty of attention paid to proceedings when action kicks off once again this weekend after a brief break in competition.

The Stormers are currently the frontrunners in second place (51 points); they are effectively in a battle with Glasgow Warriors for the top spot and must beat Connacht this Saturday to maintain their “pole position” for a potential home semi-final.

Meanwhile, the Lions have surged into a remarkable fifth place (43 points) following a four-match winning streak, but they face a massive litmus test against the log-leading Glasgow Warriors at Ellis Park, where a win could solidify their first-ever URC playoff berth.

Somewhat more precariously, the Bulls are in eighth spot (40 points) and desperately need a full haul of points against the Dragons on Friday night to avoid slipping out of the Top 8.

Even the Sharks, currently 10th (33 points), have kept their mathematical hopes alive through recent form, but they face a “must-win” mountain to climb away against the Ospreys to keep the dream of a historic clean sweep of South African teams in the playoffs a reality.
