At least nine Nigerian soldiers killed in bomb blast
Nigeria's myriad of security problems continues to pressure security forces. At least 9 soldiers were killed when their convoy struck a landmine before attackers opened fire on January 4. It happened in northeastern Borno state, the birthplace of Nigerian extremist group Boko Haram which has seen an uptick in militant attacks. FRANCE 24's Sam Olukoya tells us more straight from Abuja.
