The confab occurred on a Saturday. Far-reaching consultations were made by the PCB chairman Mohsin Naqvi with the national men selection committee members. It has a panel of Aqib Javed, Misbah-ul-Haq, Asad Shafiq and Sarfaraz Ahmed.
Naqvi pointed out that in the interview, selectors must do their work without the fear of being criticized. He urged them to apply a principle of merit and honesty when it comes to the decisions concerning the national team.
