Thundershowers are on the cards for KwaZulu-Natal and North West. Here’s what you can expect for Thursday, 2 April, in the Free State and these two provinces.
KWAZULU-NATAL
If you’re in KwaZulu-Natal, expect morning fog over the interior. The rest of the day will be partly cloudy and warm, with isolated afternoon showers and thundershowers in the western and northern parts. Despite the rain, the UVB sunburn index is expected to remain very high.
DURBAN
Slightly cooler conditions are forecast for Durban. Thursday is shaping up to be partly cloudy, with a minimum of 23°C and a maximum of 26°C.
FREE STATE
The Free State will see morning fog patches in the extreme east. No rain is expected, and the rest of the day will be partly cloudy.
BLOEMFONTEIN
In Bloemfontein, which is the country’s judicial capital, expect partly cloudy conditions, with a low of 18°C and a high of 28°C.
NORTH WEST
North West will experience partly cloudy and warm conditions, with isolated showers and thundershowers over the western parts.
MAHIKENG
Partly cloudy conditions are expected in the North West capital city, Mahikeng, with a minimum of 17°C and a maximum of 28°C.
